1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 99pow ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 99pow website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 99pow platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• A valid and active email address
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A secure password of your choosing

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete. 99pow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 99pow platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99pow account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

99pow strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You agree to notify 99pow immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 99pow shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

99pow is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC verification requests, which may include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99pow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your 99pow account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 99pow reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in your name. 99pow reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 99pow platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

99pow is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 99pow reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

99pow offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms. 99pow reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

99pow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 99pow platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 99pow shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games on the 99pow platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 99pow.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 99pow reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant wagers to the players' accounts. 99pow shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 99pow customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. 99pow will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Prohibitions

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 99pow platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or 99pow's systems or networks
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud in connection with any game or promotion
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the 99pow platform
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 99pow staff members
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration or KYC verification

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted. 99pow reserves the right to take any and all legal action available to it in response to prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99pow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of 99pow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99pow platform without our prior written consent.

The 99pow name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 99pow. You may not use any 99pow trademark, trade name, or logo without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 99pow platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 99pow does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99pow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 99pow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 99pow's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99pow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data

99pow is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 99pow platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

99pow collects personal information necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Services. 11. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by You

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12.2 Termination by 99pow

99pow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 99pow platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, and 13.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 99pow platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

14. Amendments to These Terms

99pow reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 99pow platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
